Divine Joy Within
Written in the book of life, you have captured my heart. I will curse the shadow of doubt away from my thoughts, knowing someday you will be mine. And in that moment I will be reborn. Overjoyed! It will be my rite of passage that leads me to your divine presence. When I arise from mere existence and come to life in the glory of your precious eyes, I will call out your name thirteen times.
You have awakened my deepest desires and the fire that burns in me. My heart bleeds that someday you will come to me. I want to be tortured by your love. I want to worship your divine beauty and cherish you until the ends of time.
I will celebrate just knowing you. Naturally, I will be your sun in the heavens and you will be my precious moonlight at night. Upon my flesh and the trunk of every tree, I will carve your name. I will smother you with affection and give you a jeweled crown to rest upon your head.
I will keep you warm no matter what season this way comes. In the spring, I will open your heart. In the summer I will caress your every part. In the autumn, I will give you flowers and exotic plants of every color from the ends of the earth. And in the winter, the smoldering heat of our love, will keep us warm.
And if I should die in your arms, do not bury me; leave me in the presence of your peace. Inside your sacred space, I will sacrifice my love to you. And the fertility of your beauty will heal me and I will rise above the opened skies; resurrected by your perfection, I will live within you, eternally.
Come! Quickly, take hold of my hand as if we are to be wed. For as long as love lasts, as long as I live, I am forever yours. You are every element of my being. The earth in which I stand. The wind in which I breathe. The living water that flows in my blood! You are the fire of life that burns deep inside of me.
In my spirit, I will draw on my heart the brightest morning star, so I may bring radiance into your gorgeous eyes. I feel with you, my nights are filled with immortal light. For you have invoked the passion of eternal existence beyond the heavens. I long for you to be my guardian and I will be your saint.
In our secret forest with candles all around, I shall lay naked before you on a sacrificial altar; opened to all. Unafraid of death, I await your angelic call. Yearning with passion, I long for us to intertwine; now we are one. Graciously, I slowly drink the nectar of life from the sacred place that is within you. Truly, I am blessed to quench my thirst of the sweetness that flows from your eternal life, everlastingly.

WITHIN YOU
Within you
There is an inexpressible joy,
A joy nothing can destroy.
Within you
A silent voice sings,
Beyond the noise, sorrow brings.
Within you
There is this endless beauty,
That lives in your heart, truly.
Within you
There is a dreamless dream,
Above the bright skies; Supreme.
Within you
There is this sacred life,
Devoid of all struggle and strife.
Within you
There is this divine perfume,
Delight in its glorious bloom.
Within you
There is a living flame,
A light no one can disclaim.

This Perfect Stillness
A blossoming flower in spring,
This joy that truth brings,
In perfect stillness, I sing.
Here and now, I am free,
Like a leaf falling from a tree,
This silence consumes me.
Within this living blaze, it seems,
This immortal essence gleams,
A brilliance beyond all ones dreams.

STAND
When trouble, troubles you
What can ever destroy what’s in you?
Like shades of gloom and lonely nights
Every thought just takes flight.
Into the fire of abyss
Reveal all that I dismissed
Throughout the saga there’s drama
Against all odds; good or bad, "Still" I stand.
In the midst of darkness
That clouds my brain like tumultuous rain
I listen, it’s all the same old same
And… "Still" I stand.
Knowing truth exceeds all philosophies
Formulated by man
Cause we just don’t understand
Ignorance conceals its hidden hand.
As peace may be still my heart like steel
I am that which this world can never kill, so "Still" I stand.
Maybe I can smile, for a little while, when the nightmares become stares
Staring back at me from the corner of my mind, if I’m lying, then surely I’m dying
to transcend these times.
Through knowledge you’re deceived
Mysteries perceived by those like me
Without faith I cast aside beliefs
Across the wilderness and distant land and "Still" I stand.
To bare all that I see
Looking within for something greater than me
From nothing I became a man of something
Revelations questions... what is that which made me
Like a dreamers dream
And a midnight vacancy
Awakened by eternal destiny
My eyes now see… clearly
This transcendence that destroys disbelief
As the sacred flame remains unnamed
Just as a burning quest suggests
This life’s illusions deceives man. And "Still" I stand.
In silent plea
This glory calls out to me
As I rise to all obstacles
Unshackled by that which ties and binds and blinds…And "Still" I stand.
Like poetic rhymes
Words just flow
So slow, as the world turns
On and on it burns and burns… until you stand up… wake up, stand up, wake up, AND:
Live! Live as if there’s no tomorrow
Live as if you have no regrets or shame or any kind of sorrow
Live as if you have no cares in the whole world
Live as if you are already healed
Live as if you are already fulfilled
Live as if death does not exist...
Forget about dying as the last hour comes near
Forget about yourself as if you were never here
Forget about tomorrow and all its fears
Forget about the crying and the broken down tears
Forget about the gossip that’s been whispered in your ears
Forget about all those who don’t understand, just make a STAND.
